How does local collection work?

Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification. Collection times are between 11am-1pm and 5pm-7pm. If adjustments need to be made please get in touch ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate. All the information above and the collection address will be given upon checkout and in your order confirmation.

How do I order a custom bake?

You can either use the contact us form on this website or message us on Facebook or Instagram. Please include all the information and details that you can as this will allow for the most accurate quote. A pricelist with our starting prices for custom bakes can be seen on our 'Custom Bakes' page.

Example of things to include: The date you want to collect it, size/quantity, themes, colours, flavours and example photos (social media messages only). Please note we will take inspiration from another cake however we will never do an exact copy.

Can you accommodate my allergy?

All allergens are handled in our kitchen and although all possible measures are put in place to avoid cross contamination there is still a small risk and therefore we don't guarantee allergen free bakes. We do always try our best to accommodate however purchase and consumption is at the customers own discretion and risk. Once purchased Bobble's Bakes holds no responsibility.

Where can I see your food hygiene rating?

Food hygiene ratings are provided by the local council and all ratings from registered food businesess are available to view online. Bobble's Bakes has a 5 - Very Good rating which we are super proud of. Our rating is always on display whenever we have a stall or event for everyone to see.
